• Call out plus 1 Hour
• Troubleshoot the system
• Inclusive of consumables (excluding silicone sealant application only)
• The following scope will be included within your 1-hour period
  • Minor leakage rectifications where no spare parts are required
  • Identify source of the leak and isolate at the closest accessible valve
  • No labour charges for spare part replacement when supplied by the client
  • Plumbing blockages will be rectified with a plunger/chemical unblocking agent if required

  • Leaks/seepage into client unit from external sources i.e. neighbouring units/common areas
  • Spare part replacements inclusive of, water heater, ablution/hand spray, bottle traps, plumbing fittings, sanitary ware and hose pipes
