What does this service contain?

• Call out plus 1 Hour
• The following scope will be included within your 1-hour period
  • Troubleshoot the system for minor issues
  • Inspect the Distribution Board (DB), Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) and Circuit Breaker (CB)
  • Lamp replacement where required (lamps to be provided by the client)
  • Circuit Breaker/Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker tripping root cause analysis

Exclusions

• Additional hours
• Spare parts
• Asset or part replacement
• Civil works
• Any works outside the scope
• Technical Exclusions
  • Rectification of the root cause and any subsequent damages due to major tripping issues and/or any electrical short circuit within a wiring network
  • Service of the Distribution Board (DB)
  • Replacement of any wiring looms/cabling and circuits
  • Major electrical failures
