• Call out plus 1 Hour
• Troubleshoot the AC system to identify any faults/defects
• The following categories will be applicable to do it within the 1-hour period
  • Troubleshoot the thermostat and adjustment of set point
  • Cleaning of filters and strainer
  • Flush out the drain line
  • Remedy any electrical issues and adjust controls where required
  • Check the refrigerant gas level in cases of split units

• Spare parts
• Asset or part replacement
• Standard access is assumed and any additional/specialized equipment required for access will be charged separately
• Major service of the unit
• Chemical coil cleaning
• Valve and actuator replacement
• Pipe insulation and brazing if any
• Refrigerant gas leakage identification and rectification
• Major electrical and control failures
